The bot personalizer lets you change how the bot appears and behaves in your server. You can set a custom display name, upload an avatar image, and write an AI-generated backstory that shapes the bot’s tone in auto-responses.

Configure the bot personalizer

Open the dashboard

Go to the BrewBot Dashboard and select your server.

Navigate to Bot Personalizer

Open the Bot Personalizer page from the sidebar.

Set a display name

Enter a custom name for the bot. This is the name that appears in your server.

Upload an avatar

Upload an image to use as the bot’s avatar. Square images work best.

Write a backstory

Write a backstory or personality description for the bot. This backstory influences the bot’s tone and style when it generates auto-responses in your server.
Keep the backstory short and specific. A few sentences describing the bot’s personality and tone produce better results than a long, detailed biography.
